Today was the first time I have ever heard a live perfomance of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir-at least that I can remember, and we were so fortunate to hear their Music and the Spoken Word for today, July 5th, which included a fantastic program of patriotic songs. I was reminded that there are still many wonderful things about our country, and that we still have much to be grateful for. (We had to BEG to be allowed in the conference center since Grace is under the age of 8.) I'll never forget the performance.

What a moment of music! Who persuaded the ushers to let your daughter in? You, David or Grace herself. I can hear her negotiating permission.
