After the best bearhug ever, Jacob and I took separate doors out of the orientation room at the MTC and his mission officially began in earnest. We had a wonderful last few days together and appreciated the short visits with family along the way. Thanks to the Tanners for putting us up Tuesday night! The world is a different place, but with much to look forward to. Much love and appreciation to all for the wonderful support and good wishes!

What a handsome Elder! Jacob's going to make a wonderful missionary, but will be missed. We should just cancel Christmas, because it won't be the same.

I can't believe that this has been up for a couple of hours without me knowing! Yes, Kemp, you made it! And Jacob made it. And now we are all going to make it. You both deserve for life to be good and peaceful. I feel it coming. Amen to the "cool".
Jacob definitely looks more cool...especially without the vest:-). What an exciting and proud day.
